After 8 years in AI development and consulting, I've seen the same pattern repeatedly: Great technology that doesn't succeed because the approach is wrong. Teams think from the technology rather than from the business pain point, responsibilities are unclear, and acceptance and embedding are lacking. This experience motivated me to found Kukula AI Solutions. My goal is to help companies avoid the most common pitfalls and make AI projects successful – with measurable business value, in productive operations, sustainably embedded in the organization.
